I solved the problem by creating multiple copies of the printer in the print manager.____I saved one as plain paper (tray 1)__I saved another as form (tray 2)__I saved another as legal (tray 3) etc.____I opened each report and save the respective report with each printer I needed. ____The way I used it was I had the manual tray as a separator page, tray 1 as the form and tray 2 as the plain paper.__ __I was able to collated by looping through each runtime.____This definitely works, I was able to print 40,000 pages collated perfectly.____Hope it helps.
