Hi.__Is there any up to date documentation on the required files for distributing reports (vb6 and OCX RR9 SQL).____I have the on-line docs but I^m not entirely clear on the must haves. __(There are a few references to Arpeggio etc which make me think it may be out of date (also no mention if MFC42.DLL >?)____Specifically on a 95 machine I cant register the OCX as a dependent file is missing.____I know I should be able to figure this out myself but its one of those days!____Hope all is .__Colin

I have just finished going through the exact same problem/questions that you raise. I exhaustively went through the "poorly updated" on-line documentation and have extracted everything that I believe the documentation says needs to be included. I have gotten my VB app to install - with one hang up! The exact same one you mention. I can not get the VB installation to register the RSW32.ocx nor can I manually register it via Regsvr32.exe.____In fact, I logged onto the Liveware site this morning to look for the exact same answer you desire. I would be happy to forward my VB script if you want to look through it for "my list" of what I believe to be required. If you find any solution for getting the OCX installed please pass it along. I^m stuck. The only way I can get my VB app to install and work properly is to also install the full blown version of R&R SQL v9.0 on the destination machine.

I just found this information from Kathleen ( RR Tech Support) in a previous message. See message dated: Feb 05-02 entitled: "R&R OCX".
