"Cannot create sort temporary file"

Hello,____I am running R&R XBase Version 8.0 on a Windows 2000 Terminal server with mostly older Win98 clients. When I try to print reports from using the runtime and our custom database application I receive an error "Cannot create sort temporary file" the vast majority of the time. I am trying to encourage users to migrate over to the Terminal Server but this is causing some frustration.____I have played with the permissions and rights and cannot seem to resolve this issue.____There is plenty of disk space and I have added the line "RRWHANDLES=400" to the rrw.ini file (from another posting in this forum) and it still has not resolved the issue.____Thanks in advance for any suggestions you might have.

Has to be a rights issue then. Does it make any difference who you are logged in as?______Kathleen__R&R Support

Thanks for your help on this.____The error does not occur when logged on as a Domain Administrator, but does occur for everyone else. I have tried to track down the specific rights involved but cannot seem to get it right.____Where is the temp sort file created and what permissions are needed? Furthermore, sometimes users can print successfully and sometimes they receive this error. How does this relate to the permissions that are set up?____Again, thanks for your support.
