Dr. Watson When Saving Reports

I am using Report Designer (RSW.EXE) (v. 10.0, Build 10.0.012) on a Citrix MetaFrame XP server for some remote users. For some users when they try and save a report they get a Dr. Watson error. I have isolated the error to an issue with print drivers. I believe it is an issue with the way Citrix handles the printer drive mappings since I don^t have this problem if I create a local printer using the HP LaserJet 4 driver or if I use Windows Terminal server to connect. Before I called Citrix I wanted to know if anyone has seen this before.
