Hi everybody,____first, let me tell you that I am an very enthusiastic user of the R&R community. I^m using this product since 1990 and I think that this is really a software that^s worth every single penny. I use every possible feature of R&R (actual version 9.0) to develop professionel reports and statistics for the national basketball federation of Luxembourg (www.flbb.lu). ____There are 2 new features of version 9.0 that I appreciate a lot, and that^s why I upgraded from 8.0:__- e-mail bursting__- pdf creation____As I wanted to use the e-mail bursting on a regular basis, I am very disappointed that the mail options (send via MAPI) are not saved to your report. Let me explain: I want to schedule automatically and on a weekly basis bursting e-mail messages to the clubs of the federation with the results of their games. __Using Rapid Runner, or an other scheduling software, is there any other way to start a report automatically with predefined e-mail options ?____I read here somewhere in the forum that the feature to save the mail options will be inculded in a next version ??? Version 10.0 or will it be a free upgrade, because I think this is a bug or a bad joke. ____Same thing with the pdf-creation. A very nice tool, but why can^t you export to pdf in combination with the e-mail bursting ? Or did I miss something ?____As I said, I am a very enthusiatic costumer and appreciate a lot this product. You are correct the email bursting of PDF files is not currently possible.____We will indeed be continuing to enhance functionality in each coming release and hope that you will stay with us in the future.____Kathleen__R&R Support

What about saving the email configuration so that it does not have to be entered each time you run the report. I have created a purchase order report for emailing and it takes a lot of user input to do this each time it is run.

Hello to all PDF-Friends,____E-Mail Bursting is a great feature, but it is__"absulote" useless if there is no possibility to __schedule the job !____It was a great idea but the goal was missed !____Sorry for that!____Jörg Bauer
