Error when printing to a printer

RR Version 10__ri_printer and ri_wptr both set to ?__Windows 2000 Server____Hi ,____I have 2 printers shared on the network A Toshiba and a HP Laser ____If I print to the Toshiba it generates and error unable to access file.____If I select the HP Printer 1st and then click properties and then click "ok" and then proceed to select the the Toshiba it will print fine.____Why would it it work that way?__Is something loaded when you click on properties?__________________

Clicking the properties button is indeed the workaround solution.____If you upgrade to the latest Infinity release you should not need to do this.____Kathleen__R&R Support
