Error Retrieving Printer Information

From some reason I^m unable to use print preview and print features, and when trying to export a report I receive the error message "Error Retrieving Printer Information". The print I use is working fine for all other programs. Any suggestions?

Is it a network printer? How many characters are in the full printer name?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Does the character size of the printer make a difference? If so, what is the alowed size?
