Error Signature

App Name: RRWRUN.EXE__Ver: 12.5.1.0__Mod NAme: Winspool.drv__Ver:5.1.2600.5512__Offset:00013660____Get this when a customer tries to print to HP4200. __Issue started when I started passing in a ^?^ in the ri_wptr parameter instead of a printer name. Is this a known flaw or is their something else that is happening.

Unfortunately that is not an option. I need the user to be able to select which printer they want to print to. ____I also need the ability to give the user the option to collate the report as well. In previous versions of R&R, if you set the printer to collate then the report would collate. Now with version 12, it seems to ignore the printer setting. I though that if I could pass in the ^?^ and bring up the pinter dialog, it would solve this issue, but it seems that will cause some printers (HP4200 in this case) to throw the above error. ____I found that this issue was report in Ver. 10 and was supposed ot be fixed in Ver 12. ____

Even though it is not the final option, can you test DEFAULT to see if it does not error?____Kathleen__R&R Support
