A client is trying to export a report to Excel. They are exporting a Group Footer line. When they try to do the export they are getting a message ^Error creating or writing file^. As far as I can tell they have permissions to create files in the directory they are exporting to. We cannot consistently recreate the problem. They have, however, managed to export another report (a Record line this time) to the same location sucessfully. They are using Version 7 at the moment but I have suggested they upgrade to Version 11.1.____Does anyone have any idea as to why this is happening?____Thanks.____Eddie Marshall__LandMaster

Upgrading to Version 11 seems to have fixed the problem. I think it may have been a compatibility problem with Windows XP. When doing some testing I got some memory conflict errors.
