Error installing PDF Printer Driver

Hello,____I have a client that is trying to install an Amyuni PDF printer driver provided by R&R. Usually this printer driver is installed as part of our application/setup program. When trying to install it separately, the driver does not install, and when running the install.exe program, they get a "Spooler Error...Error Code: -1, Unknown Error". I am wondering if it is a conflict with something on their system, because I have other clients that can install the driver, without any problems. ____We are shipping and installing Amyuni PDF Converter 1.59. ______Thank you,______Brian
