Error retrieving printer info

It seems this error message only began to appear after switching to Windows XP Pro. This occurs even within Report Designer, and occurs when trying to access printer setup.____Any idea why it^s happening? And how do you resolve it? The report can^t work without a fix.

Which version of R&R? Does it happen when you open a saved report or does it only happen for new reports?____Kathleen__R&R Support

It happens with saved reports.

If you have more than one available printer, try opening the report, selecting a different printer, saving the report and then re-opening the report.____Kathleen__R&R Support
