Error signature

R&R Report Viewer, XBASE Edition__Error Signature__App Name: rrwrun.exe__App ver: 12.5.1.0__Mod name: winspool.drv__Mod Ver: 5.1.2600.5512__Offset: 00013660____Customer is getting this when try to print to an HP4200 printer.__In calling the RRWRUN.EXE I am passing in a ^?^ mark as the ri_wptr parameter. Why would the user be recieving this message?
