Hi____I^m having this problem too.____I have the correct settings (as far as I can tell) in RI_PRINTER, RI_WPTR and RI_OUTFILE.____But, unless the R&R development environment is open on the PC at the same time as running the runtime version from my VFP application, I get the message about not being able to match the printer or port.____I can see that the "R&R PDF Export" driver is not available in my list of printers except when the development environment is open - is this likely to be the problem.____I am running with R&R 11, VFP 9 and XP.____Regards____Anne

Does your application call the rrwrun.exe that is in the same program folder as rrw.exe or do you have the runtime files in a different folder?____Kathleen__R&R Support
