Hello,____I^m using R&R Vers. 9.0 Build 9.0.009 .____I^d changed the currency in the Report files from "DM" to Euro _.__In the print-preview everything looks fine.__But when I^m starting printing on an EPSON EPLN 1200 the Euro char. doesn^t appear on the sheet. I^d changed the printing font from arial to times new roman and I choosed the printing-properties to print text as bitmap. Everything I^d tried wasn^t successful.____Does anybody have any idea to solve this problem ?____Thanks for helping me.____your^s sincerely,____Volker Ploss______

Do other applications print the euro to this printer using the same fonts that you have tried?____Kathleen__R&R Support

I have not tried changing currency in 9, which I use, but in RR 8 I found that I had to load the report, toggle the currency in Windows from the target currency to some other and then back to the target, then alt-tap over to the report and save it.____You may want to try that.____Pat__

I am puzzled why it displays on the screen but not at the printer.____You could try editing the text file RRW.SRT that is in the R&R program directory and removing the ; comment from the line__;DBCHARS=ANSI__so it becomes__DBCHARS=ANSI____and see if that helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support
