Hello,____We are currently testing with R&R 12.1.__Now we are having the following problems:____- Bitmaps are not displayed in preview mode but are printed.__- Lines set to be "silver" are not printed grey but black. A grey box for expample is printed correctly. When taking R&R 6.5 or 8 grey lines are no problem.____Is there a workaround or a fix/solution for this?____greets__Bart Matthys__

Can you try to double click execute rrw.exe from windows explorer and see if that makes any difference?____Kathleen__R&R Support

I am using the same R&R version and O/S. I am printing to a local office jet on LPT1 and to an HP4050 that is on an IP port and I do not see the problem.____Kathleen__R&R Support
