Is there a way to export Memo fields to excel directly__If not , is there a way of stripping out the first line in a memo field (as in the Xbase Command Mline(Myfield,1) which gives 1st line of memo field Mline(Myfield,2) wjich gives the second line) etc__

You would need to use the SQL version which treats memos as long character fields.____Kathleen__R&R Support
