Post by TIM » Tue May 27, 2008 8:28 am

Hi Guys____Last October I posted this query and never got an answer, does anyone __know the answer please, as the customer is raising the issue again!____Mind you why anyone would want to start a part no with an underscore is a bit beyond me :-) ____Some months ago you were kind enough to advise my college what had to be changed in the RRW.SRT to cope with the first character in a part number being an underscore ( _ ) as it is currently messing up the search results, he has since left I can^t find the information could you please readvise.____Thanks____Tim____

Try removing the semicolon at the start of the line that says:__;DBCHARS=ANSI____and see if that helps.____Regards,__Kathleen__R&R Support
