Export to xls problems

We are using the latetest R&R SQL version. We have created shortcuts using the utility and they work great. We can see them on the screen and can print them. But when we try to export them to a standard worksheet file we get the following errors:__1. Cannot load printer library file RRWKSX.DLL__2. Error retrieving printer information____We are using Windows xp with latest updates__This is a power user on the machine__This user does not have the full R&R version installed on their machine. (The just need to use the shortcut to view info)__The reports and shortcuts are located on a server. The user has a mapped drive to the shortcuts.__The users printer is an HP 4250 laserjet____Any help would be appreciated.____Thank you__David Tester__Super Duper Publicatiosn
