Exporting to MS-Excell

Kathleen,____I have to export a report to Excell. __I am using RR version 9, calling rrwrun.exe with a control file to set the parameters of the report. The same report is used to print and to export to Excell.__But when I set the "RI_PRINTER" control file parameter with "W", only the record lines are exported. __Since my report lists sales by product, and I have the product name in a group header line, the sales in the record line, and the total qty and value totalized in the group footer line, I can^t use only the record lines in the exported file.__Is there a way of exporting ALL the report to a worksheet?__Is there a way of defining more than one kind of band to be exported?__Is there a way of defining in the control file wich band is to be exported?____Thanks.____Marcelo Alaggio__alaggio@delphus.inf.br______

There is NOT a way of exporting ALL the report to a worksheet. __You could export to plain text to get all of the band lines.__To export to a non-record band you need to select the export band in the Designer and then save the report with that selection or else set RI_PRINTER to a ? so that the user can interactively use the export dialog at runtime.____Kathleen__R&R Support____
