Failed to open document

A few __users (myself included) are unable to open certain R&R files residing on the server. The reports will open & run nicely on some machines. But on others, attempts to open result in a "Failed to open document" message. Any suggestions on how to diagnose this?__TIA,__Steven-____

Is it some reports or all reports?__Is it dependent on the logged in user account or the workstation from which the user logs in?____Does it happen consistently for certain users/reports?____Kathleen__R&R Support
