My employer is running R&R v5, P&W v2.9 and Win2000. I have numerous files in one of my R&R libraries. It is at 5.2kb of memory. I transferd some of the files to another library and then I went and deleted them from the old library. I got the library down to 4.8kb then I get an File Error 101 error message and I could not get into the library at all. Not to transfer, retrive or erase.____ I then retrieved the back and started over again with the library at 5.2kb I got it down to 5.1kb and it crashed again with the same file error 101 error message. This happened to me two days in a row. I have been doing this for several months and I have never had any problems. The only options I am using are retrive, create and transfer.____Does anyone know what this error message means or why I might be getting it? Any solutions to fix the problem so it does not continue to happen?____Any comments would be greatly appreciated.____Thank You!__Lisa McKee__Database Administrator__Payflex Systems

The error means that the file has become fragmented.____To fix it, restore an older good copy of the file from backup.__Create a new report library and copy all of the reports (one at a time) from the bad library to the new library.__Delete the bad library.__Rename the new library to the name of the library you deleted.____This should clean things up.____Kathleen__R&R Support
