I^m currently using R&R Dbase V9.09 having problem when using the Flexlink function. When the report is run it come up with an error state "Cannot locate the Microsoft Visual FoxPro Support library". If i click on ok the report will continous to run. I^m using Novel V4.6 and NT as a client.____Do any one have this problems and is there a fix to this. ______Thanks__Tony

When R&R is installed it places a copy of the visual foxpro runtime files __VFP6R.DLL__VFPRENU.DLL__VFP6RUN.EXE____in the windowssystem directory. If you are running R&R from the network make sure that a custom network install was done and that you run setup from the network to install the required local support files.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Kathleen,____Thanks for providing the answer. Unfortunally i can only find the file VFP6R.DLL i can^t find the other 2 files on my server or on the R&R CD. If you do a typical install, then these files should be present.__Try a re-install and see if that helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Kathleen,____I have try to re-install by using typical on the Server and also try on the PC and the 2 files still not there. ____Also i have another problem when i try to open a report it come up with the Error Cannot open file: snbd6w9s.dll. Have you done a typical local install directly on the PC?__That should get all of the files in place and should give a error if it cannot.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Kathleen,____Here are all the option i have try.____Option 1:____Install R&R V9 on Server and selected typical as a install option, with the upgrade to Version 9.0.009. This install is successfull with no error.____Run setup from Server to install on local PC. This install is sucessfull no error.____Deleted CDINTF.DLL from the RRW Directory____Run R&R from Server and that when i have the error.____Option 2:____Install R&R V9 on local PC rather than on Server using typical install option,with the upgrade to Version 9.0.009. This install is sucessfull no error.____Deleted CDINTF.DLL from the RRW Directory____Run R&R from local PC not from Server no error found.____From my understanding there must be something that is not install when i^m perform install from Server to local PC.____I^m require R&R to run on the Server not on Local PC.____Can you tell me what else i can try to make it work. I don^t mind copy a few files from the Server to local PC.______Thanks__Tony____

You then need to check the Network server option that appears on the next screen (and leave all the rest checked as well).__When this completes, a copy of setup.exe will be placed on the server.__Then from the workstation run SETUP.EXE that is on the server.__This copies all the files that are needed locally.____ __Kathleen__R&R Support

Kathleen,____I have install the way you tell me to and when i run setup from the server it actually install sucessfully to client PC and the problem is still the same. I have check the client PC and there are no VFPRENU.DLL or VFP6RUN.EXE and i^m still get the error say cannot open file snbd6w9s.dll. ____Thanks__Tony____
