Flexlink failure at client site

I have used flexlink indexing to develop a report. When I send the report to my client I get "cannot find .idx file". Is there a .dll or something that I have failed to provide to my client?

Make sure that the client machine is not running an older version of RRWRUN.EXE that did not support flexlink.____Kathleen__R&R Support
