Flexlink with LLOOKUP

How do you setup flexlink for a file thats not used in a relation but is used with the LLOOKUP function?

You cannot do that. It has to be in a relation.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Since my CDX indexes only work with the master and not the relation, do I make a relation I won^t use to build a flexlink index for my LLOOKUP function. Bruce

Yes you would need to build a relation with a flexlink index.____Kathleen__R&R Support
