Font changes in a memo

Post by Bob_Velke » Mon Aug 05, 2002 2:36 pm

I use the embedded printer codes to change fonts within a memo <FArial>like this<FCourier>. But this only seems to work for Truetype fonts. Is there a way to make it work for fonts with a .FON extension?____Thanks.____-Bob

I had thought that it should work for any font that was available on the machine where the report is being run.____Kathleen__R&R Support

I would have thought so too - but it doesn^t.____When the font is not Truetype, it displays the code, .e.g, <FCourier>, instead of processing it.____-Bob

What printer and O/S?__I just tried my Epson LX-300 on Win98.__It has a printer font Roman 10cpi and when I use <FRoman 10cpi>__the text memo does indeed use that font.____Kathleen__R&R Support
