Ghost line appearing

When I run a report I^ve just written I get an extra line appearing between the last record line and the page footer (no group footers on the first page). Any reason why?____R&R 8.1____Jez

Do you have an extra line on the Page Footer? That might be it. By default the Page Footer band is two lines thick.____Eddie__Technical Support__LandMaster

I^ve tried adding/removing extra footer lines but to no avail.

Try using Format Record layout and checking the box that says Break Record area across pages.____If your report has multiple record lines or any group headers/footers, R&R will do some built in widow/orphan control that will impact the pagination of the report. If we have just enough room to print the last record of a group but not enough room to print the entire group footer, then we will move that record to the next page thus leaving a gap.____Kathleen__R&R Support
