HP 4350

I can^t get some of my reports to print to an HP 4350n that we just purchased. The reports have wptr=? as a setting.____It is connected to the network via a built-in JetDirect port on the printer. ____It appears to be related to the problem that I have had in the past with usb printers, but this time nothing works except making it the default printer and not asking the user to choose a printer.____I have downloaded the lastest patch for version 10 and I tried accessing printer properties before printing - neither worked.____Ideas?

This problem was solved when I installed the postscript driver for the printer instead of using the PCL driver. Just FYI.____
