How to identify active users

We^ve got a customer who called with an obvious question about multiuser license number assignment.____If they have run out of concurrent licenses, but some of the users have either crashed or are otherwise not actively using the license the are assigned, the client wants to know who the user is, not what the serial number of the license being used is. RRWUSERS seems to just show the serial numbers in use.____Any suggestions?____Thanks,__Carole

The best suggestion would be to make sure that no one is currently using R&R and then use the User Management program to unlock all of the serial numbers that currently show that they are in use.____Kathleen__R&R Support
