Images don^t display in preview

Greetings,____We^ve created reports and are testing with RRWRUN (file version 12.0.002) and notice that when a preview is done to screen, the JPEG image does not display, however if we send the page to a printer, it prints out OK. Are we missing a DLL or some re-distributable piece that is causing this? What should we look for?____Thanks!

Image Format = JPEG (nothing fancy)____O/S = WinXp/SP2____Printer Driver (several differen in use on different machines): __- "Brother Laser 8860DN"__- "CANON MP160"__- "SAMSUNG CLP_550 Series PCL 6"__- "Adobe PDF"____The results are same with all printer drivers - no image on preview.____We have also noticed that regardless or property settings on the image, the image is stretched when sent out to the printer even when we set it to not do so. However at the moment, we cannot verify this on-screen, only upon sending output to the printer.____Please advise.

I have the same problem and I^ve had no solution from R&R.

Is it all images/all reports?____What happens if you double click execute rrwrun.exe and manually select the report?____Kathleen__R&R Support
