I downloaded the 10.0.012 R&R update but need direction on installing it. HELP

The only exceptions are:__· RRPRVIEW.CAB goes in the ActiveX subdirectory__ Note that RRPRVIEW.CAB is only required for viewing reports that__ are exported ActiveX (PDI format) for viewing in a web browser)__· RAPIDRUN.EXE goes in the RapidRun subdirectory
