Invalid Picture Format

Have reports in the field that display captured images, have been working for several years, all of a sudden i get "Invalid Picture Format". Have tried, unistalling the rswrun and its related files, but still same issue, can you assist?__Using R&R SQL 12.0 runtime on customers pc..____thanks

I also had this in R&R V6 & 8 in V12 it seems no problem.__The cause was the jpg was saved by photoshop, opening the picture in paint or picture manager and saving solves the problem for me. This seems an error in the picture dll provided by R&R
