[updated:LAST EDITED ON Sep-22-04 AT 03:10 PM (EST)]Hello, I just recently upgraded from R&R version 10 to 10+ build 10.1.003. My problem is I print these report that have picture files in them such as tiff, bmp and jpeg. With the older version the report printed just fine. Now with version 10+ I get an error that says "R&R Error : Invalid picture file format".____I uninstalled version 10+ version 10.1.003 and installed version 10 build 10.0.012 and the reports print fine again. Is anybody else experiencing this problem. Thank you in advance for your help.____Jeff

Do you have the latest leadtool DLL files in your R&R directory? These files are listed in the RR101003.TXT file on our downloads page.____Kathleen__R&R Support__
