Is this possible with R&R

I have a simple report with one join, a one-to-many to a table with monthly data. The monthly data starts at different times for each master table record. What I want to do is to summarize my monthly data but I want to time shift all the starting months to a common point, so essentially whatever month the data starts in becomes a "time zero".____Is this possible?____thanks__Fred
