R&R Version 10.0.011 with XP Pro____As I explained before, the size of my pdf files have gone from 446K to 1.2 mb when I create the same file. I have tried changing the size from 300 dip to 75 dpi, which reduces the size but it is still large.____I noticed that everything looks as it should when I am in the report writer. However, if I call up the same file, using rrwrun.exe, my outlined blocks of data appear in color. I have one line which I have shaded in a light gray. With rrwrun.exe it appears as Red. The others have no shading and they all appear as bright green. These colors appear on the screen only. Once I say print, which creates the pdf, the colors are no longer present.____I believe that these colors, which do not appear in the pdf file itself, are what is causing the size difference.____Is there a setting that my have been set that should be turned off?____Would you like a copy of the database and the RRW file?

RRPD.DLL date is 05/31/2002____I noticed that the rrwrun.exe was not of the current version. I copied over the current version and the colors went away. However, the pdf size still remains at 1.2 mb instead of the 446K that I was getting. ____I also noticed that the saved file, under properties, did not show that the paper size was "Letter", it was blank with no ability to change it. I converted the RRW file to an RP5 and was able to change the paper size to show "Letter". I then converted that to an RRW, but still had the same output size for the pdf file.____I was able to reduce the size of the pdf to 880K by changing the dpi from 300 to 75. However, I would really like to be able to have it go back to around 446K for easier access over the internet.____I would appreciate any suggestions, even if you say I am stuck with the 1.2 mb____Thanks... Tom
