1. Is there anyway within the R&R control file of specifying the printer tray?____2. Assuming there isn^t, we get around this by setting __ri_printer = ? which then brings up the printer dialogue. At one of my client^s it takes a relatively long time for this dialogue to appear once they have selected "print" from the report. Any ideas on why this should be slow?

There is not a way to set the tray.____Before presenting the print dialog, R&R will look for the printer name that is saved with the report. This search can sometimes be slow. If you can save the report with a printer that is available on the client machine, this dialog should speed up.____Kathleen__R&R Support____
