Keep Getting an Error at Run Time

Hi there. I have a problem where a user of mine is using R & R Report Writer XBase version 8.0, and she keeps getting "File is in use, would you like to make a copy" whenever she tries to open a report? If she says "YES" she can run the report, but it happens everytime she opens a report. The operating system is Windows NT. Can you offer any advise? Please advise.
