[updated:LAST EDITED ON Feb-26-08 AT 02:26 PM (EST)]I have a Confirmation Report that prints confirmations for our guest... the report does a Reset Page on Guestnum in the Grouping... when i run the report, i might have, let^s say 30 guest confirmations print (each ranging from 1 to 3 pages long)...____i^ve created a calculated field (LASTPAGE1 which contains LASTPAGE()). Lastpage1 shows 30 (or how ever many total pages there are for the entire report). What i need is it to show the total pages per Guest. this way, i can have the Payment Return Coupon on the bottom of the last page (per guest... ie, per Confirmation)____thanks for your help

There is currently not a way to have the total page count reset at the group level.____Kathleen__R&R Support

is this something that could be done on the next release?? i mean for things like confirmations, where you need to know if your on the last page (but not on the last page of the report), it would be very helpful!

If you placed the Payment Return Coupon in the guestnum group footer, wouldn^t it automatically print at the end of each guest^s confirmation. ____If you wanted it to print on a separate page after each confirmation you could add a page break line in the guestnum group footer before the Payment Return Coupon.____RHS

i currently have it on the bottom of the Guest Group, but if the printing ends in the middle of the page, that^s where the Coupon will print... and i^d like to have it always print on the bottom part of the page, which is where the page group would put it...____i just thought that since there is a "LASTPAGE()", that maybe in the future, they could create LASTGROUPPAGE or something like that. to bad there^s not a way to do this... oh well

A swapped group footer will replace the page footer with the group footer on the last page of the group if that helps at all.____Kathleen__R&R Support
