Hi__I have written an application with a number of R&R reports built in using the runtime. Most of the time this works OK, but sometimes a user will get an error message "Cannot open file: Lead Technologies Libraries". They can print other reports and other users can print the problem report. Can anyone suggest what is wrong?__Thanks

They may be missing the Lead Tool support files that are used to render graphic images.____The file names are:__LFBMP13N.DLL__LFCMP13N.DLL__LFFAX13N.DLL__LFGIF13N.DLL__LFPCX13N.DLL__LFPNG13N.DLL__LFTGA13N.DLL__LFWMF13N.DLL__LFWPG13.DLL__LTCLR13N.DLL__LTDIS13N.DLL__LTFIL13N.DLL__LTKRN13N.DLL____They should be placed in the R&R program directory.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Version 9 does not have dependencies for these files. Check the version of your runtime executable. It must be a 10 or higher to get this error message.____Kathleen__R&R Support
