I am a ver. 9.0 user.____In my runtime configuration the value for RI_PRINTER is set to (?) and the RI_OUTPUT value is blank. The desired screen,pronter,export dialog box appears as expected. Selecting the Export radio button produces all the possible export types. My report is meaningful in only a few of these export types. Need to limit the menu view to the user to a select meaningful few. Can this be done maintaining the same dialog steps? Please instruct on how to configure, if what I ask is possible in Ver. 9. ____RayBirks

The only export types that are configurable are ExcelChart and Pivot table and these are present/absent depending on whether they appear in RRW.INI.__The rest are always present. You may need to create your own front end menu to limit the choices available to the user and then set RI_PRINTER accordingly.____Kathleen__R&R Support
