Are there special loading parameters to load the version 12.5 onto a 64bit machine? Into which folder do the system32 files reside? Is there someplace that defines this?____Thanks,__Dan

Are you using our installer or trying to simply copy files to the 64bit machine?____Kathleen__R&R Support

You can use the 12.5 installer to do a runtime only install.____Kathleen__R&R Support

What installer are you refering to? Can you be more specific? I ran the "reportworksinfinity.msi" and I see no place for installing "only" the runtime. Don^t you have to have a pass key to use this installation which my customers won^t have?____Dan

Yes, I do mean our msi.____After you accept the License Agreement, the next screen has 3 radio buttons for the license model you wish to use. If you select the Viewer Only button, you can do a viewer only install that requires no license key.____Kathleen__R&R Support
