Is there any way to run R&R Report Writer v9 (SQL Edition) on a Windows XP Pro workstation without using an account that has local admin rights? It appears even Power User has problems although this security level permitted the install. Please advise. Thanks!____Clint____P.S. Is this not a problem in v10? Just curious.__

Users need write privileges to the .LIC file that is in the R&R program directory in order to run the Report Designer. Same is true in V10. Does that answer the question?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Not really. I mentioned running as even a Power User produces an error upon exiting R&R (and who knows what else doesn^t work?) where my understanding is that Power Users do have write privileges to this particular file (among others). I^m wondering if anyone else has been successful running R&R (SQL Edition) v9 under WinXP Pro as a Power User and, if so, how did you configure the workstation?
