I have another question.____I have a foxpro database file which has a memo field.____When I use R&R to print this field, it prints the the way the values were entered into this field.____If the memo field has a lot of entries (free form) and I try to print it using R&R it prints as it it is inside a box. I am unable to make it wrap around.____I suspect that it is because of the field property - Memo field.____Is there any way I could manipulate this field and get it printed like a normal RTF field? Otherwise I end up printing one memo field going into 2-3 pages and the data will be centred on the page and have blanks on both sides, wasting valuable printing space.____Would appreciate any ones help on this.____

There is not really a way to manipulate the contents of a memo.__The only choices for printing all, the first line only or nothing at all.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Kathleen,____I want to print it all. No question about it.____But, I need to format it in such a manner that it fills up the width of the paper and not leave the left and the right side of the paper blank and only print like it is within a box or a table.____Regards

Insert the memo field on your report and set the width to 7.5 inches (or what is appropriate) and alignment to Left with word wrap on. ____Randall
