Microsoft Error Report on XP

Using version 10.0, we are upgrading users^ OS to Windows XP and when they log out of the program, an error message pops requesting to send information to Microsoft regarding a proble. This is only happening to the two users who are upgraded to XP. Is there an issue with R&R 10.0 on XP?__Thanx,__Jimi Chappell

Rename or delete the file CDINTF.DLL or add the line PDFDriver=0 to the DEFAULTS section of your c:windows rw.ini file and the error on exit will go away.____Regards,__Kathleen__R&R Support
