Multiple database joins

Post by mitsubishi » Thu Oct 04, 2007 2:43 pm

In R&R for windows, SQL Edition, version 9.0, Is there a way to make/run a single report that uses both data on DB2 and oracle database?__Some data are spread across the two different databases. I have the ODBC drivers on both database and I can create report using one datasource connection.____If the designer can not do this task, what product do you have that will make this task possible?____Thanks____

What you would need to do is create two reports, one against each data source. Then export each report to DBF. You can then use the Xbase version of R&R to combine both exported DBF files into a single report.____Kathleen__R&R Support
