New Line on Semicolon

Is there any reason the "Begin new line on semicolon?" set to "Yes" wouldn^t work?____I have 2 reports where it works in one, doesn^t in the other. I^ve compared the Report Specifications and can^t see a difference.____Any idea where I can look to see something I may be missing?____Thanks!
