new user here.. I have 10 fields set in my report using 4 linked data tables. When I view results, it spins through thousands of records, but exports 0. I have no programming experience, but know enough to understand the logic. Please prompt a few questions to help me identify possible causes! The company has several R & R reports established, but the expert retired with no predecessor. Thanks!

Is it a SQL (*.RSW) or an Xbase (*.RRW) report? If you^re seeing that the report is reading the records but not selecting any, it^s likely to be the query that^s excluding them.____What happens if you remove the query entirely and then build it back slowly?
