No Network ID ????

Post by Jim_Devereux_(Guest) » Wed Feb 18, 2004 6:20 pm

Our customer replaced his file server, copying all files to the new server. He now gets this message when trying to start R&R -- "no available network id".____Anyone know what the cause and correction is.____Thanks.____Jim Devereux__MAJEC Partnership__St. Louis, MO__314-909-0744__jdevereux@missourienterprise.org

Assuming that you are running the Xbase windows version, run the user management program RRWUSERS.EXE and check if the serial number shows as inactive. If it does not, choose unlock.____Also make sure that the user has write privileges to the license file RRW.LIC.______Kathleen__R&R Support
