No data in report fields

When I shell out from CMS accounting version 10.2, I cannot get some reports to show data from RR....this only happens on some machines, specifically the newer Windows 2000 systems builds.____On the older machines with older Windows 2000 system builds, the data appears fine. ____Are there some memory management problems with RR and older Windows 2000 builds, and if so, are there any patches available?

It is probably a configuration issue on those machines where it fails rather than a memory issue. Do you get a specific error message?____Kathleen__R&R Support__

does not trap an error....but only seems to happen on machines with LATER windows2000 system builds. When you say "configuration issues" what exactly do you mean?____Are there some specific configs for RR that I need to be aware of? I have Windows2000 workstations running all the latest critical updates from Microsoft. Any other things I should be looking at?____

What I meant by configuration is are you sure that all of the users are running the same report and getting to the exact same data files?____Kathleen__R&R Support
