No message from database

Hi,____Have anyone experience "no message from database" when running report created by the shortcut maker?____This is on Arpeggio 2.0 and Report Writer 9.0 SQL.____The ODBC data source is Intersolve 3.0 SQLBase Driver.____thanks____charlene

yes. The same report has no problem from designer. ____Based from help file for the error message. This error has to do with ODBC.____Help..what else should I look for?____oh..one more thing. If I create new report using report wizard I get the same error. ____thanks______

What happens if you double click RSWRUN.EXE in Explorer and then manually select the report?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Click on RSWRUN.exe and manually select the report works. However this does not do the same type of function as report shortcut. Report shortcut gives user the option the change filter and select screen print or print directly to printer.

Then it has to be one of the ? values in the control file that is causing the problem. Trying changing them one at a time.______Kathleen__R&R Support
