Hi all____We have a client who for some reason wants to list all his agents and the customers assigned to them, if that customer has done no work on a particular day we need to display the customer and an entry that shows "No jobs" ____However because the jobs table (same_del) has no enteries R & R assums that we dont want to show the customer at all and does not print anything.____The report is written in R & R 10 and is grouped by order date then by Agent then by Customer, we can be flexable about the grouping bt the by date is vital

If the jobs table is a related file, then set the failure action on that relation from Skip to Blank so that a composite record is created even when no matching jobs are found.____Kathleen__R&R Support
